SNL which means Saturday Last Night is a show which includes sketch comedy, and a variety show created by Lorne Michaels and developed by Dick Ebersol. This is an American late-night television show.
The premium of the show was hosted by George Carlin on NBC on October 11, 1975, and was titled NBC’s Saturday Night. Currently, Michael serves as the program showrunner. The show’s comedy sketches, which often parody contemporary culture and politics, are performed by a large and varying cast of repertory and newer cast members.
In 1980 Michael left the show to explore other opportunities and it was then given to Jean Romanian who was then replaced by Ebersol after a season of bad reviews. SNL has aired 930 episodes since its debut, and concluded its 47th season on May 21, 2022, making it one of the longest-running network television programs in the United States.

SNL this season Megan Thee Stallion is the one to host and perform on Saturday Night Live. Jumanji will be the last movie to be shown under the stars. Saturday Last Night has announced changes further in season 48.
Chris Redd is the latest cast member to bow out ahead of the new season. On 17th September the new life of Saturday Night was released on television. The show has a large number of fans who have a lot of craze about it. Chris Redd will not return back to the show.
