In this match, Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and elected to field first and chased down the target of CSK, but RCB could not chase down the target of CSK and lost the match by 23 runs.

Royal Challengers Bangalore could not chase down the target of CSK and lost the match by 23 runs. Where RCB scored 193 runs in 20 overs and lost 9 wickets. RCB batsman Shahbaz Ahmed scored the most runs for his team, scoring 41 runs. Another batsman Suyash Prabhudesai scored 34 runs, Dinesh Karthik scored 34 runs and Glenn Maxwell scored 26 runs.
