Chasing the target of Gujarat Titans in this match, Rajasthan Royals won the toss and decided to field first, but RR could not chase down the target of Gujarat Titans and lost the match by 37 runs.

Gujarat Titans scored 192 runs in 20 overs and lost 4 wickets against Rajasthan Royals. Where Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya played a brilliant inning against Rajasthan Royals, he scored 87 runs in 52 balls. Where another batsman Abhinav Manohar scored 43 runs in 28 balls and David Miller scored 31 runs in 14 balls to set a strong target against Rajasthan Royals.

Rajasthan Royals could not chase the target of Gujarat Titans, where Rajasthan Royals scored 155 runs in 20 overs and lost 9 wickets. While Rajasthan Royals batsman Jos Buttler scored the most runs for his team, he scored 54 runs in 24 balls. Another batsman Shimron Hetmyer scored 29 runs, Riyan Parag scored 18 runs and James Neesham scored 17 runs for his team.
