Today our most famous Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar has passed away at the age of 98. Dilip Kumar was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of Hinduja Hospital. A non-COVID-19 facility since Tuesday. Doctor Jalil Parkar, who was treating the actor, said, “He passed away at 7.30 am due to prolonged illness.”
Dilip Kumar’s first film “Jwar Bhata” (“Ebb and Flow”), in 1944, was a flop with Baburao Patel which was directed by A.Subbha Rao and J.P. Dutta. Sharp critics of Film India called him “an anemic addition to our film actors”. Dilip Kumar was an Indian actor, film maker and philanthropist, best known for his add Hindi cinema. He was later mentioned because the “Tragedy King” and “The First Khan”, credited with bringing a special quite acting technique to cinema. Kumar holds the record for many wins for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor and was also the inaugural recipient of the award.

Saira Banu had assured fans that Kumar’s condition was stable. Bano’s last tweet read, “Dilip Kumar Sahab’s health is stable now. He’s still in ICU, we would like to require him home but we are expecting doctors’ approval as he knows that as soon because the doctor will give permission, they’re going to take him home. He won’t be discharged today. Prayers are needed from his fans, he are going to be back soon.”
