OBC Candidates Will Get 27% Reservation In Medical Courses And 10% For Economically backward Candidates: Central Government

On this day, the government has given a very historic decision in the field of medical education, which will prove to be an important contribution in the medical field and many candidates will get the benefit from this.

Students affected by backward caste (OBC) will be given 27% reservation and economically affected students will be given 10% reservation, this will be affected from the coming session 2021 and 22.

More than 5000 students of MBBS, MS, BDS, MDS, Dental, and other diplomas will get direct benefits under the All India Quota (AIQ) from the new reservation policy in the education sector.

This is a very big announcement. Prime Minister Modi had called a meeting on July 26, in which he made this reservation. Prime Minister Modi had talked about giving reservations to these classes in the past, but after 3 days of the meeting, he decided that now he will give reservations to these students.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared this important information on his social media account and at the same time. The Union Health Minister said that Prime Minister Modi has given this reservation for the people of backward and weak income groups so that they can also move forward in the education sectors.

Prime Minister Modi said in his Twitter handle clearly ” Our Government has taken a landmark decision for providing 27% reservation for OBCs and 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Section in the All India Quota Scheme for undergraduate and postgraduate medical/dental courses from the current academic year.”

It will be going to be a big opportunity for those students who have the ability to prove them but were not able to do without reservation.
